The Food Of Hell From Indonesia


Famous as one of the best tropical countries, Indonesia provides tons of uniqueness and excitement. Its nature, culture, and art always bring millions of tourist each year. However, this time we are going to talk about one thing, Indonesia’s cuisine, in particular Sambal.
Sambal is a hot sauce or paste typically made from a mixture of a variety. Sambal or sambel is infamous among tourist as the food of hell for its undeniable ability to make the consumer produces tears and sweat when eating. Produced using chili as its main ingredient, sambal is indeed taste extremely spicy.
Sambal is made by grinding ‘cabai’ or chili, along with several complements such as onion, cherry, tomato, ‘terasi’, sugar, salt, garlic, paprika and lime. The ingredients are grinded using traditional tool made usually from wood or plastic. The texture is smooth with a vibrant color of green and red, depending on which chili you use. But, the times are modern, now mixing sambal using electricity. The texture and taste different then traditional tool.
Infamous among tourists for its spiciness, many tourists avoid it. However, some of them are challenged and try to eat it. Those who dare to try usually will get stomach ache or turn very red and sweaty in the face. Though super spicy, locals eat it in almost daily basis as their main meal. How to get rid of spicy flavor? We can drink milk or honey, or eat bread.
So many varians of sambal. Example, sambal asam, sambal adaliman, sambal balado, sambal buah. sambal goreng, and others. That is sambal is made in Indonesia. There is still a sauce from another country with the same name, but the ingredients are different. Example sambal goreng from Indonesia, same as sambal goreng from Malaysia. But the different, sambal goreng from Indonesia wearing many kinds of material than sambal goreng from Malaysia. Sambal goreng Malaysia just wearing "tempe, ikan teri" and peanut fried with sambal until dried.


Incorrect information : Cherry (because cherry has a sweet taste and cherry are not suitable for sauce)

My Saturday activity

On Saturday when World Tournament was held, I could not follow due to not feeling well. So as a replacement I will tell you the activities during home. At that time I woke up about 7 o'clock. After that I went straight to the bathroom to bathe. after I finished the shower I dressed and went to the dining table to find food there. then I go back to the bedroom to watch the anime and eat the food I took earlier. Around 12 o'clock when the call to prayer I rested and practiced the dhuhur prayer. After I finish my prayers, I do my homework to be collected for the next week and complete the unfinished records. Around 2 o'clock my homework is done and I take a break. after a short rest I cleaned up her books and went on to watch anime. Hello everyone !!!  My name is Lailatul Mufarroha, you can call me Laila or Ela. I was born in Serang, Indonesia on the 18th of January 2002. I live in Bandung with my parents. I live at jl.
